📋 Description
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing banking and credit union client relationships • Own and exceed annual revenue targets of $5M-$12M through consultative selling • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of strategists, creatives, and data analysts • Serve as the expert lead on campaign strategy and marketing analytics • Act as trusted advisor to client executives on marketing transformation and customer growth strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (strongly preferred) • Minimum 15+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing consulting, or agency leadership roles • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets of $5M+ annually • Experience leading complex marketing transformation engagements for financial institutions • Track record of building and maintaining C-level client relationships • Previous experience at Big 4 consulting firms, Tier 1 consultancies, or leading marketing agencies strongly preferred • Partner, Managing Director, Principal, or Senior Manager level experience required
