📋 Description

• Manage client relationships post-contract • Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements, including scope change management • Develop a comprehensive understanding of implemented solutions • Lead and provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams in planning and executing program goals • Develop and manage clinical trial budgets • Ensure adherence to financial constraints and project timelines • Provide input on resource allocation to optimize efficiency • Ensure program activities adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines • Collaborate with sales and business development teams on scoping prospective engagements • Establish communication channels for potential new customer opportunities and leads • Provide strategic input to science and product teams for program optimization • Act as a key customer contact and drive overall customer engagement success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements • Deep understanding of the healthcare provider market • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology programs • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, internally and externally • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Consultative and collaborative approach • Experience within public health, disease surveillance, or laboratory science related fields • Experience with complex service offerings involving multiple stakeholders and technologies • Proactive and adaptable mindset • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to collaborate, learn, and grow • Proficiency with Google productivity applications including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
