📋 Description

• Lead planning and performance reporting activities across the organisation • Develop and enhance KPI, OKR and performance management frameworks • Produce executive-level reporting for senior leadership, board and governance forums • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and improvement actions • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements • Support the implementation and optimisation of performance management systems and tools • Provide meaningful insight that enables effective decision-making and proactive intervention • Champion a culture of performance excellence, accountability and continuous improvement • Report into senior leadership and work closely with strategy, finance, programme delivery and leadership teams • Review and enhance reporting platforms to drive automation and organisational efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Planning & Performance Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Business Planning, Programme Management, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or Management Consulting environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working with complex datasets and multiple reporting sources • Track record of implementing systems, improving processes and driving efficiencies • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to challenge constructively and confidently present recommendations to senior leaders • Experience managing KPIs, OKRs and performance frameworks • Proactive approach with the ability to identify future risks and opportunities before they become issues
