📋 Description

• Review medical documentation from clinics to ensure all required information is complete and meets our internal standards. • Contact medical suppliers by phone to confirm they can service specific referrals. • Send referrals via fax or email to the appropriate medical suppliers. • Follow up regularly with suppliers to confirm receipt, processing, and delivery of referred orders. • Identify and escalate issues with referrals or supplier performance to team leadership. • Support team growth by helping train and onboard new referral team members.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years work experience in a Customer Service or healthcare Care Coordination role • Great verbal and communication skills • Excellent written communication skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Great cross-team collaboration skills • Comfortable making calls to U.S. businesses • Experience in healthcare operations, medical billing, or DME (preferred but not required)
