📋 Description

• Translate the integration and value-creation thesis into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deliverables • Coordinate the strategy team and relevant functional stakeholders to execute agreed initiatives • Maintain the integrated project plan and document actions, decisions, and deadlines • Monitor delivery against milestones, priorities, and expected outcomes • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior stakeholders • Track key performance indicators and support measurement of benefits delivered • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints with practical recommendations • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on actions • Support alignment between strategy, operational teams, and leadership • Improve project-management tools, governance processes, and reporting templates • Maintain accurate project documentation and a clear audit trail • Ensure integration initiatives are delivered on time, risks are escalated early, and benefits are tracked with reliable evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, business operations, integration, or a similar role • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously • Ability to coordinate colleagues and stakeholders without formal authority • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Ability to produce structured progress reports and communicate issues to senior stakeholders • Proactive, dependable, and willing to follow through on actions • Good judgement about when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel • Experience with project-management tools is beneficial • Exposure to post-merger integration, transformation, private equity, or value-creation programmes is desirable but not essential
