• Lead discovery on a new product opportunity, identifying meaningful customer problems and unmet needs. • Work directly with customers, users, and stakeholders to test assumptions and validate where to focus. • Define the problem space, target users, value proposition, and success criteria for the product. • Shape the product direction, roadmap, and prioritised backlog around the earliest valuable use case. • Turn broad opportunities into clear outcomes, hypotheses, and testable increments. • Make thoughtful trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and pace. • Partner closely with design and engineering to move from concept to launch. • Lead day-to-day product decisions through delivery, including backlog refinement and scope trade-offs. • Define and track early signals of customer value, adoption, and traction.
• Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally in software, SaaS, or digital products. • Strong curiosity and product instinct. • Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning it into clear next steps. • Confident conducting customer discovery and turning insight into product decisions. • Able to define priorities, make trade-offs, and focus on the smallest valuable thing worth building first. • Evidence of ownership, initiative, and follow-through. • Strong collaborator and communicator across design, engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
