📋 Description

• Drive outbound sales through in-person meetings, demos, and events • Build relationships with decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, demo, negotiation, and closure • Represent the brand on the ground as the face of our growth story • Work closely with the leadership team to refine playbooks and scale revenues • Organise and manage closed-door events, small meetups, and networking sessions to build community and drive pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS (bonus if in HR Tech or FinTech) • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong communication and negotiation skills • A “hustler” mindset; resourceful, persistent, and self-motivated • Willingness to travel and spend time meeting businesses in person • Someone who thrives in an early-stage startup journey (where ambiguity is part of the game) • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and Slack (nice to have) • Background in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments (nice to have) • Startup/scaleup experience (nice to have) • Knowledge of shares and share schemes (nice to have) • Must be primarily India-based and eligible to work in India
