• 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, including at least 2 years in property management, real estate, HOA, or similar environments. • Strong experience with: reconciliations, GL management, AP/AR, building-level financials, and monthly close processes. • Excellent, highly fluent English communication skills — able to interact professionally with homeowners, vendors, and team members. • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, with core coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (NYC operations). • Ability to handle detailed, high-volume financial work with accuracy, ownership, and follow-through. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — comfortable pushing back, asking questions, and resolving issues independently. • A reliable, professional remote work setup (computer, strong internet, quiet environment). • Strong comfort using digital tools and adapting communication via email, chat, and shared platforms.
