📋 Description

• Support the day to day operations of the over the counter cryptocurrency trade desk • Help clients execute cryptocurrency trades by bank wire and ACH transfer • Build relationships with prospective clients and onboard new clients • Field inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients • Make outbound efforts to further assist clients and promote services • Use company compliance policies and standard operating procedures to complete tasks accurately and effectively • Partner with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity through internal reporting tickets • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects • Educate clients on the platform, wallet functionality, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrency offerings • Guide clients through crypto trade execution by bank wire and ACH transfer • Track quarterly performance, including call quality, approved registration ratio, approved to trading ratio, and average trades per client • Complete a short two minute video question as part of the screening process after applying

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations required • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures precisely in a regulated environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures • Creative and analytical thinking • Ability to work with all levels of management • Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new platforms quickly • Comfort and proficiency using AI tools to support client research and day to day productivity is a strong plus • Experience with OTC trading, brokerage services, or financial product sales is a bonus • Familiarity with suspicious activity reporting, AML compliance, or regulatory monitoring in a financial services context is a bonus • Genuine passion for fintech, digital assets, and the future of financial technology is a bonus • Must currently be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
