📋 Description

• Assist with important projects that help our organization succeed in the long term. • Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects by applying enterprise project management tools and methodologies. • Oversee and ensure successful delivery throughout entire project lifecycle, including planning, mobilization, execution, risk management, resource allocation, implementation, change management and hypercare. • Align project goals with organizational objectives and strategic priorities. • Regularly assess project progress, including the formulation and tracking of ROI and KPIs. • Interact closely and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program • Proficient in scheduling, budgeting and resource planning • Effective decision making and conflict resolution • Ability to calculate, track and communciate project ROI and KPIs • General understanding of roles & responsibilities of all departments and business units • Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels and across all business functions • Skilled in utilization of PMO software and tools • Skilled in data manipulation and data analysis • Experience with project management best practices and methodologies.
