📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of simultaneous retail design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies. • Develop and manage project tools (e.g., schedules, budgets, timelines, resource forecasts) to track progress, deliverables, and workload. • Partner cross-functionally and manage internal/external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, architects, brand teams) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. • Drive cost efficiencies through value engineering, competitive bidding, and continuous improvement of processes and operational tools. • Drive design development for longer-lead projects such as flagship locations. • Lead high-level internal and external communications throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years managing multiple, concurrent retail or commercial construction projects • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and make independent decisions • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Programs, Smartsheet, Adobe Suite of Programs, CPM toolkits such as Procore, Bluebeam, Multivista, etc. • Experience with architectural and construction drawings, materials, and processes.
