📋 Description

• Establish, expand and maintain business relationships within the construction sector, including with associations, guilds and chambers of commerce • Provide personal, written and telephone support to end customers in the construction sector • Comprehensive acquisition, servicing and optimization of commercial existing customers • Cross-channel acquisition of new customers in coordination with the sales channels • Public relations and regional support for construction partners and relevant organizations • Active sales through face-to-face contact as well as via video, telephone and online consultations • Design, planning and execution of customer events • Systematic increase of market share through targeted new customer acquisition • Ensure a high level of advisory service through structured annual reviews and thorough documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational qualification as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), certified business specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent background • Professional expertise in the construction sector desirable • Knowledge of regional markets, construction projects and customer networks desirable • Strong sales initiative and ability to inspire customers and convincingly present construction-related products • Strong service and customer orientation • Organizational skills to plan workflows according to factual, situational and economic criteria, and to reliably estimate required effort • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and digital communication tools
