📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development and launch of new credit products, focusing on experiences that meet our customers' needs. • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Support backlog prioritization, ensuring the most strategic initiatives are executed efficiently. • Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on data and feedback. • Work closely with development, design, and operations teams, ensuring integrated and agile delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. • Previous experience in product management, preferably in fintechs or the financial sector. • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban) and product management tools (Kanbanize). • Data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Databricks. • Experience with credit or financial products is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. • Collaborative mindset, focused on problem-solving and delivering results. • Willingness to continuously learn and develop a career as a Product Manager. • Proactive, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
