📋 Description

• Engage with external parties, including Healthcare Providers, regulatory authorities, and policy makers. • Present objective, evidence-based, fair-balanced, truthful, and non-misleading information. • Align medical activities with overarching company strategy. • Develop independent, new, innovative medical education materials. • Draft, execute, monitor & adapt independent US MSL Stakeholder Engagement Plans. • Provide training to internal Viatris functions on products and disease states.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of respiratory experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required. • Knowledge of the US Respiratory Medical Science Liaison (MSL) roles and responsibilities. • Must possess knowledge of clinical trials, relevant therapeutic areas, SOPs, promotional laws and regulations. • Ability to effectively communicate, develop, and manage collaborative relationships with KOLs and medical professionals. • Strong analytic and organizational skills in managing, interpreting, and presenting clinical data. • Ability to actively listen for insights and draw implications for Viatris. • Driven by personal accountability & high levels of performance. • Comfortable with change.
