• Develop, enhance and increase district sales performance • Ensure corporate sales and marketing direction is fully executed • Implement the district sales strategy • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Conduct account reviews for key customers • Monitor product usage • Provide regular feedback to the district sales representatives • Analyze and evaluate team performance • Recruit and retain top talent applicants • Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience • Ability to travel 60-70% • Must reside in district geography • Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English
