📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Product Security team and broader GS function • Coordinate programme activities, meetings, travel arrangements and action tracking • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports and executive dashboards • Collect, analyse and present programme metrics, KPIs and emerging trends • Support intelligence analysis by collating information from multiple sources and preparing analytical summaries • Assist with investigation administration, case tracking and documentation • Support budget management by tracking expenditure, processing invoices and monitoring forecasts • Coordinate approval processes, purchase requests and internal administrative workflows • Support management of external vendors, including tracking deliverables and invoices • Maintain programme documentation, records and evidence inventories • Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow up on actions across regions • Support materials preparation for leadership meetings, governance reviews and business updates • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and programme efficiency • Undertake additional Product Security and Global Security duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline, although all education levels and relevant experience will be considered • Previous internship or early-career experience in administration, project coordination, analytics, security, law enforcement support or a corporate environment is desirable • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across international teams • Occasional domestic or international travel may be required
