📋 Description

• Own the top-of-funnel experience—from employer launch and eligibility through first session booking. • Design and test new member enrollment pathways, combining behavioral design, incentives, and automation. • Partner with Marketing to create personalized engagement campaigns that boost click-through and conversion. • Collaborate with Client Success to optimize client-level activation rates and drive ROI transparency. • Build and maintain growth dashboards and analytics, focusing on enrollment, conversion rate, and CAC efficiency. • Drive cross-functional experimentation—establishing a test-and-learn culture across growth, product, and marketing teams. • Mentor and support PMs and analysts focused on activation and funnel optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience, with 3+ in growth, funnel optimization, or acquisition roles. • Strong background in B2B2C models—especially employer-based health, benefits, or wellness. • Deep experience driving top-of-funnel engagement—campaign optimization, landing pages, personalization. • Data-driven mindset; skilled in A/B testing, segmentation, and experimentation tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Braze). • Empathetic toward healthcare consumers—able to translate behavioral insights into action. • Highly cross-functional operator comfortable bridging Marketing, Product, and Data.
