📋 Description

• You will be joining our engineering team and will be a valued member working closely in a collaborative, autonomous, cross-functional team. • Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Defender, Entra and Intune • Implement identity and access controls using Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection and Hybrid Join • Support Modern Workplace projects with Autopilot, Intune, PowerShell Deployment Toolkit, MDM/MAM and Group Policy migrations • Build and automate PowerShell scripts for deployment and configuration • Configure and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including FSLogix, scaling plans, and user profile management • Deliver migration projects: Exchange to Exchange Online, File shares to SharePoint, Domain join to Azure AD, Data migrations using Robocopy, Azure File Sync, azcopy, etc • Integrate and support third-party tools for email filtering and web filtering • Troubleshoot cloud networking components such as DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls • Support client/server applications, including those using MSSQL • Produce high-quality documentation, implementation plans and handover reports • Work alongside project managers and stakeholders throughout delivery • Support Go-Live events, occasionally outside standard working hours • Work directly with clients in a consultancy-style environment

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or M365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert • Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services • Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MDM/MAM • PowerShell scripting for automation • Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments (FSLogix, scaling, user profiles) • Experience delivering migration projects (Exchange, SharePoint, and domain join) • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls in relation to cloud deployments • General understanding of software that relies on MSSQL • Strong documentation and communication skills • Ability to collaborate with technical teams, project managers and clients • Comfortable working out of hours for Go-Live windows • Experience working in consultancy or client-facing environments • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
