📋 Description

• Our client specializes in building, managing, and maintaining custom Shopify e-commerce stores, serving a diverse range of domestic and international clients. • We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to serve as the central point of contact for managing and overseeing all Shopify store development projects. • You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless execution, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of e-commerce solutions. • Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with Account Management and Business Development teams. • Create comprehensive Functional Requirement documents based on SOWs and client consultations. • Set up and configure initial Shopify store builds, including URL setup, billing, shipping settings, and preliminary reviews. • Coordinate with development partners to ensure accurate integration between Shopify and NetSuite. • Liaise with the Accounting team to manage payment setup and billing processes. • Conduct thorough reviews of all products developed and ensure they meet defined specifications before client testing. • Manage and facilitate client reviews, testing phases, feedback cycles, and final approvals prior to launch. • Assign work orders effectively to the development team and perform comprehensive quality reviews in Shopify and NetSuite. • Act as backup support for urgent development tasks or when the dev team is unavailable, including minor content edits and product adjustments. • Provide timely updates and additional code requests as required. • Manage and adjust Shopify store settings, including shipping, product collections, tags, and access permissions. • Create and manage Netsuite Root SKUs, assigning appropriately across departments. • Maintain accurate records in Airtable for billing, redemption pages, and client-specific details. • Implement email campaigns, set up redemption pages, Stripe Gift Cards, and Discount Codes. • Manage store-specific setups, including Discount Codes, Gift Cards, and test orders to ensure system integrations are functioning correctly. • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation (SOWs, MSAs, addendums). • Coordinate store closures and manage user access levels (Shopify admin and front-end access). • Collaborate with integration vendors for system adjustments and error resolutions. • Oversee monthly product inventory updates with Oracle. • Handle urgent eWallet updates and reporting from Shopify as required. • Resolve Supersync and Netsuite errors promptly. • Review and process Purchase Orders and associated Work Orders. • Provide SKU details for Stripe Development and Merchandising requests. • Disable or update products, bundles, or collections as requested. • Configure and manage Email Notifiers for collection and product approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical project management • Expert-level knowledge of Shopify and strong familiarity with Shopify integrations (NetSuite experience preferred) • Proven ability to develop detailed functional requirements and manage complex e-commerce projects • Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and external development partners • Strong understanding of inventory management, billing setups, and financial processes • Experience using Airtable, NetSuite, Oracle, and Stripe integrations is highly advantageous • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to perform under pressure, manage urgent tasks, and provide technical support when needed
