• Комерційний досвід розробки playable ads більше 2х років. • TS/JS (ES6+), Pixi/Phaser/Three, HTML5, CSS3. • Захоплення AI-технологіями. • Креативність і вміння генерувати унікальні ідеї. • Насмотреність у сфері playable-реклами. • Розуміння технічних вимог рекламних мереж (Facebook, Unity, Mintegral, IronSource, Vungle, TikTok тощо). • Високий рівень навичок створення анімацій та візуальних ефектів. • Наявність портфоліо з релевантними прикладами робіт. • Досвід оптимізації ресурсів (звуки, графіка тощо). • Вміння ефективно працювати в команді. • Уміння сприймати та працювати з фідбеком.
