📋 Description

• Supporting and maintaining a joined-up view of change activity across the enterprise portfolio • Turning portfolio data into clear, actionable insight that helps leaders make informed decisions • Highlighting risks, dependencies, trends and delivery challenges before they become bigger issues • Supporting governance forums and executive reporting, ensuring information is clear, timely and decision-focused • Coordinating planning, performance, resource and delivery information across multiple initiatives • Helping evolve portfolio management tools, frameworks and ways of working as our capability continues to mature • Working with stakeholders across the business to drive transparency, alignment and portfolio performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong PMO experience supporting complex portfolios, programmes or enterprise-wide change initiatives • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight and recommendations • Experience preparing reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders and leadership forums • Confidence working autonomously, navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams and functions • Curiosity, courage and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for better ways of doing things
