📋 Description

• Manage assigned ongoing campaigns and launch work across email, direct mail, and SMS • Configure campaigns, manage timelines and approvals, coordinate vendors, and oversee delivery • Build and update Braze campaigns and Canvases • Maintain client-specific content and catalog data • Apply contact preferences and suppression rules accurately • Lead end-to-end QA of content, dynamic logic, audience criteria, links, and technical configuration • Troubleshoot issues and strengthen controls to prevent recurrence • Translate custom communication requests into requirements and execution plans • Own operational improvement projects from problem definition through rollout • Manage dependencies and communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and risks • Partner with Growth stakeholders to improve targeting, journeys, and execution • Define and track operational success measures • Provide hands-on coverage as priorities shift and build shared team knowledge • Use AI to streamline campaign operations, strengthen QA, and reduce manual work • Assess workflows and implement, document, and measure reusable components or improvements within the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, lifecycle operations, marketing technology, or a related field • Independent ownership of complex campaigns and operational improvements • Experience building and maintaining scalable workflows in Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform • Experience with automation, segmentation, and dynamic content • Ability to translate business needs into system and data requirements • Ability to partner with technical teams • Ability to validate campaign logic and data quality through disciplined QA • Strong project ownership and communication skills • Ability to prioritize improvements alongside ongoing delivery, manage dependencies, and guide teammates through changes • Experience designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows • Nice to have: Braze Canvases, Catalogs, Content Blocks, and Liquid personalization • Nice to have: HTML/CSS, SQL, APIs, or data integrations • Nice to have: direct mail or SMS programs, vendor coordination, and cross-channel contact rules • Nice to have: healthcare, benefits, or other environments with complex eligibility, client-specific requirements, and sensitive data • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status to legally work in the United States • Must follow Virta's security and privacy procedures for sensitive patient information governed by HIPAA
