📋 Description

• Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations. • Support month-end close processes for cash, payroll, accruals, and operating expenses. • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with maintaining general ledger integrity. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. • Respond to internal and external audit requests and assist with annual financial statement audit. • Analyze fluctuations in financial statements to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Partner with accounting management to improve accounting processes through automation and technology—leveraging AI tools for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting efficiency. • Support implementation of accounting process enhancements, including AI-assisted workflows and analytics dashboards to improve accuracy and timeliness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 1–2 years of experience, ideally in a mix of public and private accounting. • Ability to read and analyze financial statements and reports. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems. • Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); interest in AI-driven automation tools a plus. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • CPA or parts passed preferred.
