📋 Description

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, ETF issuers and other ETF stakeholders across Europe • Onboard clients and provide relevant market colour, liquidity insights and pre- and post-trade analysis • Manage client orders throughout the execution lifecycle and deliver high-quality outcomes • Work with principal traders and algorithmic execution of orders • Identify execution strategies and solutions that meet clients’ needs • Identify new areas of growth • Grow and elevate the European OTC business • Act as a trusted execution partner to clients and collaborate with Virtu’s sales and trading teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in institutional sales, sales trading or capital markets • Experience developing and managing relationships with institutional investors • Fluency in English and either Italian or German is essential • Additional European languages are advantageous • Strong knowledge of ETFs, European equity markets, market structure, liquidity and execution strategies • Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and risk awareness • Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills • A proactive, collaborative and entrepreneurial approach
