📋 Description

• Design LinkedIn carousels, infographics, cheat sheets and quote graphics in Canva • Repurpose Substack articles and long posts into short-form content • Format and schedule Substack posts • Maintain a reusable template library • Produce AI videos for the “Designed By Us” series • Turn approved scripts into finished videos using AI video, avatar and voice tools • Maintain consistent characters, visual style and tone across video episodes • Edit, caption and brand videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts • Schedule and publish posts across all channels • Engage with target HR leaders and partners in Kesiena’s voice • Reply to comments and direct messages; flag warm conversations to Kesiena the same day • Track performance and share weekly reports • Capture leads into GoHighLevel from lead magnets, self-assessments, webinars and DMs • Build and maintain GHL pipelines, tags, forms, landing pages and email/SMS follow-up sequences • Ensure qualified leads receive a booking link for a free 30-minute consultation • Maintain clean contact records and report on leads, calls booked and conversion • Run the content calendar and prepare weekly posts before Monday • Write and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks • Organise files, assets and templates in a shared workspace • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements • Run the weekly content and growth rhythm independently within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written English, with an ear for a warm, direct, professional voice • At least 2 years in a social media, content or marketing support role • Strong Canva design skills, with a portfolio to prove it • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel: pipelines, workflows, forms and email sequences • Video creation with AI and editing experience in CapCut or similar • Very strong attention to detail, and the habit of documenting how you do things • Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently across time zones • Experience with AI video, avatar or voice tools such as HeyGen, Kling, Runway, Veo or ElevenLabs • Experience supporting a B2B or professional services brand on LinkedIn • Interest in HR, people or the future of work • Experience with Notion, Buffer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Applicants must include a role-fit explanation, answers A-D, CV, and design/video portfolio link • Must be available online for at least 3 hours daily between 12:00 and 17:00 UK time, including engagement from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm
