📋 Description

• Plan, produce, and schedule social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok • Design static and animated assets, including social graphics, email headers, landing page imagery, and ad creative • Edit short-form videos of 30–60 seconds, including captions and basic motion • Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently for Local Hosting UK and client brands • Monitor and report monthly on engagement, reach, and follower growth • Manage online communities by responding to comments and direct messages within agreed hours • Escalate support issues to the support team • Produce and schedule visual content for Local Hosting UK and client accounts • Build a month of content scheduled one month in advance • Create reusable Canva templates for routine posts • Deliver client social work on brief without redesign rounds

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in social media and design • Agency or multi-brand environment preferred • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator at minimum • Figma proficiency; able to work from an existing design system • Video editing experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects • Experience with social scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Metricool, or equivalent • Portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent work across multiple clients or brands • Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager desirable • Motion graphics / Lottie animation desirable • Elementor or WordPress page-building experience desirable • Experience designing for B2B or technology brands desirable • Ability to work during UK business hours • Ability to attend mandatory daily stand-up meetings of approximately 20–30 minutes via Slack • Camera must remain on during meetings with colleagues, clients, and management • Stable, high-speed internet connection • Professional appearance during video meetings • Avoid AI-generated work and prioritize authentic, human-created content and communication • Ability to collaborate effectively with other virtual assistants and team members
