📋 Description

• Perform data entry across multiple software platforms accurately and efficiently. • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Assist with preparing and submitting project submittals. • Organize, maintain, and track project documentation and records. • Schedule mechanical and HVAC activities in MS Project and support overall project scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking. • Assist in ordering materials and coordinating deliveries. • Schedule meetings with clients, vendors, and project team members. • Manage and respond to project-related emails in a timely and professional manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in commercial construction projects is required. • Mechanical and HVAC knowledge is required. • Proficiency in MS Project with the ability to schedule mechanical and HVAC tasks is required. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Procore is an advantage. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to learn new skills and software platforms.
