• Develop paid advertising strategies tailored to construction industry clients. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. • Build campaign structures aligned with campaign goals (lead generation, brand awareness, retargeting, etc.). • Prepare ad budgets and allocation based on performance projections. • Launch Google Ads search, display, YouTube, Performance Max, and retargeting campaigns. • Create Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns optimized for lead generation. • Write ad copy or collaborate with the copywriter for compelling CTAs and messaging. • Coordinate with the graphics team for ad creatives, thumbnails, and visuals. • Conduct ongoing optimization, including: A/B testing, bid adjustments, keyword refinements, audience targeting improvements, landing page troubleshooting. • Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, impressions, and reach. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client-facing reviews. • Work closely with Account Managers to understand client goals and timelines.
• 2+ years of experience managing paid ads (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn). • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Experience with construction industry accounts is a plus but not required. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different clients simultaneously. • Experience with marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization. • Familiarity with HubSpot (for forms/automation) is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
