📋 Description

• Social media management and engagement tracking (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) • Organizing a social media calendar via Hoot suite • Posting listing videos, “Just Listed”, “Just Sold”, and price updates • Updating listing photos seasonally • Ordering brochures and postcards (monthly and in advance) • Managing database email communications • Assisting the Lead Listing Coordinator with marketing-related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Speaks, reads, and writes fluent English • Is highly organized, proactive, and task-focused • Has solid experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools • Can analyze engagement metrics and deliver clear reports • Manages time effectively and plans ahead • Is resourceful, takes initiative, and enjoys collaborating with a team • Is available for weekly meetings via phone and Zoom
