📋 Description

• Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media. • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and consistent follow-up to guide them through the sales process. • Work closely with the sales team to create and implement targeted strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads and converting them into customers. • Coordinate qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to track leads and manage pipeline. • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills, with a growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles in the sales process.
