📋 Description

• This is a flexible, part-time position focused on the optimization, maintenance, and creation of key advertising channels. The ideal candidate will help manage accounts across different business models (B2B and B2C).

🎯 Requirements

• **Key Responsibilities:** • - **Campaign Management:** Review, optimize, and maintain six Google Ads accounts and approximately three Microsoft Ads accounts. • - **Meta Campaign Creation:** Create and manage new **Meta campaigns monthly** for about four accounts, including strategy development and campaign build-out. • - **Account Optimization:** Conduct ongoing maintenance, look for strategic growth opportunities, and perform full account restructures if necessary. • - **Performance Tracking:** Ideally, be able to identify and troubleshoot issues with conversion metrics in **Google Tag Manager** and **GA4** to ensure the whole customer journey is charted. • - **Agency Growth:** Provide strategic ideas on how to implement Google Ads and social media campaigns to grow the agency itself. • **Attributes:** • - **Platform Expertise:** Proven experience with **Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta campaigns**. • - **Analytical & Strategic Mindset:** Must have a **deep analytical mind**, strong strategic analysis skills, and a broader outlook on using other tools. • - **Market Knowledge:** Stays updated with the latest happenings and has a good understanding of the markets (specifically the English market context). • - **Communication & Reliability:** Must be highly **communicative**, **punctual**, and forthcoming with regular updates (e.g., a short email at the start and end of the week). • - **Independent Thinker:** Must not have an **over-reliance on AI** for analysis; we are entrusting all accounts to them for daily, human-driven optimization. • - **Creative Skills (Bonus):** Some creative skills, such as experience using **Canva**, would be beneficial for campaign creation, but the strategy and building are the most critical elements. • **Time Commitment:** • - Initial commitment is **10 to 20 hours per month**. • - Potential to increase hours up to **40 hours per month** as new clients are onboarded, with the long-term goal of moving into a full-time role.
