📋 Description
• Vetting candidate applications: Review CVs from job boards, assessing qualifications and experience against job requirements. • Screening candidates: Ensure applicants have relevant skills and experience tailored to industry or education roles as per open job opportunities. • Shortlisting qualified candidates: Identify top talent and pass on only the best candidates to hiring teams. • Communication and reporting: Maintain clear communication with recruitment teams and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment, with the ability to screen for various roles. • Familiarity with CV vetting processes, particularly for engineering and technical positions. • Experience of 2+ years in recruitment and candidate screening. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications. • Excellent communication skills to liaise with recruitment, hiring teams and candidates as required.
