📋 Description

• Take end-to-end responsibility for influencer performance campaigns, from creator selection through budget management, optimization, and scaling • Manage campaigns based on ROAS, revenue, CPA, and growth targets • Source and select creators, manage bookings, and negotiate rates • Develop performance-focused briefs • Analyze key performance KPIs, including ROAS, revenue, CPA, and new customers, and derive optimization measures • Test new creators, formats, and platforms • Build a long-term creator pool and further develop the influencer database

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in influencer performance marketing, either at an agency or brand • Experience successfully implementing influencer marketing campaigns • Strong analytical understanding of ROAS, revenue, and CPA management • Experience managing budgets to optimize performance and scale campaigns • Structured approach to work and the ability to oversee multiple campaigns in a multi-brand environment • Strong negotiation skills when selecting and working with influencers • Ideally, experience with influencer marketing tools such as Linkster or Storyclash • Excellent German and English language skills
