📋 Description

• Maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One • Provide estimates and ensure successful resolution of client requests • Identify and address gaps between SAP Business One solutions and client business practices • Provide consultation and support services on SAP Business One • Identify and resolve product and technical questions and inquiries • Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients • Customize forms and develop reports using Crystal Reports and other available tools • Provide consultancy and training services for clients as required • Conduct migration support from legacy systems into SAP Business One • Liaise with Implementation Consultants to provide innovative solutions to client issues on SAP B1 or associated SSP solutions • Maintain timely client communication, estimate work, and schedule additional resources when required • Work within agreed budgets and highlight potential variances

🎯 Requirements

• SAP Business One experience in a consultancy or support role • Qualifications in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized post-secondary institution would be considered an asset • Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to effectively manage client expectations • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience with SQL to amend and create queries/reports • Reporting and layout knowledge in tools such as Crystal Reports • Ability to assign tasks to others and monitor performance, budgets, and completion in a timely manner • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook • Competency with typical office technology and software • Competency with project management software is an asset • Team-oriented, fast learner, and personable • Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment
