📋 Description

• Acts as the main point of contact to the client during the implementation phase, coordinating with the client and internal teams through detailed design, development, testing, user adoption, and rollout • Manages and leads a team of engineers, ensuring their daily work aligns with the company's goals and objectives • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to convert custom solutions into recurring products, and to develop repeatability and common methodology in our work • Contribute to our strategy for achieving project objectives, identifying the steps necessary to successfully achieve project milestones • Work with Engineering to effectively navigate hosting infrastructure, VM, credentials and security conversations during program initiation and throughout the life of the project • Facilitate daily implementation tasks, including client communications, risk management/mitigation, testing scripts, issue logs, etc. • Regularly provide updates on work progress, obstacles and blockers, and overall performance with execution and progress toward delivery, complies with internal procedures for status updates • Document, monitor and track project timelines in team tools (Jira, Gitlab, Excel, etc.) • Keep internal stakeholders and leadership informed of project status updates and key issues that may impact project completion • Work closely with engineering teams to align scope, technical mapping, and business requirements with development sprint planning and design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience managing healthcare, technology and/or software engineering projects • 5+ years of experience managing IT implementation projects (preferably in provider healthcare sector) or healthcare process consulting projects • Experience in healthcare workflow redesign a plus (insurance claims, verification, revenue cycle, etc.) • Expert experience understanding and documenting client requirements and specifications • Strong cross-team communicator • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a fast paced startup environment • Comfortable suggesting areas for improvement and willingness to lead improvement initiatives • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levels • Strong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret and anticipate client needs in order to develop clear and attainable goals, objectives and execution of project plans • Strong self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
