• Assist our customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Process and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues. • Maintain accurate customer records in our system. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Excellent spoken and written Finnish skills, and a friendly, empathetic manner to understand and support customers with their questions. • Strong interest in e‑commerce and marketing, and a passion for print and design that enables you to provide the best solutions for our customers and contribute to their business success. • Digitally savvy, allowing you to communicate with customers across all channels—especially phone, email, and chat—to provide support. • Persistence and reliability; as a dependable partner for our customers you keep track of all current marketing solutions we can offer, e.g., flyers, business cards, disposable menus.
