⢠Preparation of monthly payrolls for the assigned client portfolio in compliance with all employment, social security and tax regulations using the DATEV programs Lohn & Gehalt ⢠Advising and supporting your own client portfolio on tax and social security matters in German and English ⢠Maintaining and updating employee master data, entering all transaction data and processing employee hires and terminations ⢠Acting as point of contact for social insurance agencies, authorities, health insurance funds, managers and colleagues ⢠Managing certificate issuance and all necessary notifications with authorities, health insurers and other agencies ⢠Preparing all notifications/applications related to maternity protection, garnishments, occupational pension schemes and other special cases such as the levy for severely disabled employees ⢠Monthly preparation of reports and analyses using DATEV reports, DATEV Data Analysis System, OsC, DATEV Arbeitnehmer Online and Excel ⢠Importing and exporting client master data in DATEV including preparation of all related notifications to statutory accident insurance institutions (Berufsgenossenschaften), social insurance agencies and tax offices ⢠Manual preparation of income tax certificates and annual accident insurance reports ⢠Preparing and supporting clients during audits by the German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung) and tax offices
⢠Successfully completed degree or vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or comparable qualification ⢠Initial experience in payroll accounting and with DATEV Lohn & Gehalt is an advantage ⢠Hands-on mentality and strong team player ⢠Independent and accurate working style ⢠Very good written and spoken German and English ⢠Open to new technologies and automation processes ⢠Strong communication skills
