📋 Description

• Support Fund Services sub-verticals by bridging business needs with technical solutions • Analyze business processes, gather requirements and conduct gap analysis • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs • Design, develop and implement integrations, data models, APIs and automation scripts • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies and manage technical backlog • Develop and execute test plans including automated testing and CI/CD workflows • Drive UAT, ensure user sign-off and handle deployment readiness • Prepare Business Process and Training guides and provide stakeholder training and support • Provide ongoing technical support, custom development and data transformation solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in C# / .NET / Python / SQL for application development, automation, and system integrations • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment • Experience with application migration to Azure/AWS cloud environments • Ability to make technical decisions under pressure and deliver high-quality results • Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and applying quality management principles • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills • 3-5 years of experience in Investment Management space as a developer or business analyst • Prior experience of Investran • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred
