📋 Description

• Ensure media orders are invoiced accurately, in a timely manner and in line with clients’ SLAs. • Communicate to Client Services any issues that will prevent final invoicing. • Tracking invoicing throughout the billing period to ensure we are on target to meet the weekly and monthly goals. • Maintain a high level of service for our customers. • Represent and uphold all department policies and procedures. • Provide information and/or reports when requested and resolve all requests quickly and accurately. • Respond to emails within 1 hour where possible. If you cannot resolve the email, respond with an ETA for completion. • Provide support for Admin as needed. • Provide support to Client Services as needed. • Maintain PO logs as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting/ billing experience required • Experience with a post-house or similar business preferred • Results oriented with strong attention to detail • Experience with organizing and managing priorities • Strong ability to work unsupervised and at a fast pace • Excellent customer service skills • Degree : BCom /Mcom / CA pursuing / CMA pursuing
