• Lead the Compliance team and oversee audits and certifications around the world. • Develop a Compliance programme within the team to ensure clear responsibilities, workflow and touch-points. • Ensure the business and subsidiaries are compliant with relevant ISO (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), SOC2, CE and other standards, as required by the business. • Establish and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls across all business units. • Ensure effective training programs to promote compliance awareness among employees. • Implement systems for reporting, investigating, and resolving compliance issues. • Identify additional compliance frameworks and tools that would benefit the business. • Prepare and present compliance reports to executive leadership and the board. • Oversee internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. • Prepare, conduct and track assessments and progress for internal training purposes. • Stay updated on changes in compliance standards and other relevant regulations. • Ensure that the organisation’s processes are adjusted accordingly. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and quality/security enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as IT, Engineering, Information Security. • Experience in a senior compliance role is required. • Experience leading a team and working both with auditors for accreditation assessments and internal auditing is strongly desirable. • Experience of working without the healthtech, cyber security or similar sector is desirable. • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards. • Familiarity with global regulatory requirements in the healthtech sector is preferred. • Excellent leadership and strategy building skills. • Excellent presentation skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Confluence.
