📋 Description
• Drive product design end-to-end, from discovery and user research to prototyping and delivery. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to understand user needs and improve workflows. • Conduct user research and usability testing, including occasional hospital visits to support deployments and gather feedback. • Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation. • Help evolve our design system and champion user-centered design across the company
🎯 Requirements
• Strong UX execution skills across research, interaction design • Comfortable owning work independently while collaborating closely with a cross-functional team • Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity — breaking down complex workflows into intuitive experiences • Clear communicator (visual, written, and verbal) • Proficient in tools like Figma, with experience using tools such as Dovetail, Mixpanel, and prototyping platforms • Experience contributing to design systems (you don’t need to lead one, but should be comfortable working within and improving one) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
