📋 Description
• Own financial oversight across multiple U.S. client entities. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Google Sheets, or Excel. • Analyze performance metrics and identify patterns, anomalies, or improvement opportunities. • Prepare and present financial reports directly to leadership with clear explanations and recommendations. • Develop and refine SOPs to standardize accounting and reporting workflows. • Collaborate with strategic partners (Phoenix Strategy Group) on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Support and mentor finance staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in all financial deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in accounting or finance, ideally in a U.S.-based company or with U.S. clients • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and Excel/Google Sheets. • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems. • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP principles. • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal. • Demonstrated ability to create SOPs or process improvements. • Analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
