📋 Description

• Define and maintain the networking roadmap aligned with company and studio’s growth and technology evolution. • Plan and forecast network infrastructure investments, supporting scalability, resilience, and cost effectiveness. • Architect and oversee the deployment of high performance, low latency network infrastructure across global studios. • Define standards for redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery in studio’s. • Act as the primary connection for hardware vendors and networking providers including ISPs, MPLS, and fiber providers. • Supervise the outsourced NOC, making certain they meet SLAs and respond proactively to incidents. • Oversee the deployment and operation of firewalls and security appliances. • Lead the integration of 24/7 monitoring tools across all operation’s network. • Collaborate with IT, Development, DevOps, and studio operations to align network capabilities with production and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. • Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE are preferred. • 6 or more years of experience in network engineering with 3 or more years in a management or lead role and creating networking budgets. • Experience designing and maintaining multi-site enterprise networks. • Familiarity working with low latency video streaming infrastructure is preferred. • Strong understanding of technologies such as MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, and BGP. • Experience implementing monitoring platforms and log analysis tools. • Fluent in English and Spanish.
