• Solution Architect About Vneuron and Reis RCS Vneuron is a fast-growing RegTech company helping financial institutions stay ahead of compliance and risk challenges. • Our solution, Reis RCS , supports banks and financial services in fighting financial crime through advanced technology. • To strengthen our position, we need a Solution Architect who contributes to designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and aligned IT solutions that meet business needs and technological requirements. • Missions : • Designing and recommending solutions along with roadmaps for proposed implementations. • Debugging issues and generating performance analyses for deployed solutions. • Documenting and sharing best practices while advocating for process improvements. • Communicating with teams, clients, and project stakeholders while providing technical oversight at all project stages.
🎯 Requirements
• Having a diploma in Software Engineering. • Having proven experience in project management and solution delivery. • Good knowledge of JAVA frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and Frontend technologies (Angular, Javasscript). • Good knowledge of Elasticsearch and Postgresql technologies. • Mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle and the delivery of solutions for web systems and the cloud. • Good knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices. • Possessing strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ensure operational efficiency. • Adept at negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making, while demonstrating organization, credibility, and active listening.
