📋 Description

• Lead analyses that translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and contribute to post-campaign reports. • Build and maintain tagging models using a mix of prompt engineering and traditional machine learning methods. • Synthesize analysis and insights across programs to inform strategy for future campaigns. • Contribute to research for organic social programs, including scoping and analyzing RCTs. • Draft presentations of experimental learnings, and share findings across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst. • Strong SQL and Python skills. GCP / BigQuery experience and R skills are a plus. • Experience building dashboards and reports with clear, beautiful data visualizations to identify insights for internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working with social media metrics.
