📋 Description

• Provide a professional level engineering service on both assure (Faults) and provide (MACD’s) activities for our customer on behalf of VodafoneThree • Ensure that all quality and health & safety requirements are met • Manage risk and costs • Achieve agreed performance levels in line with business targets, customer requirements and functional SLA’s • Maintenance of site documentation • Attend and repair customer faults within agreed timescales

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with Cisco LAN and Wireless LAN technologies, including switching and IP addressing best practice • Good understanding of Cisco Voice Technologies • Experience in configuring networks in a managed data-networking environment, ideally coupled with a networking qualification • Self-motivating individual with the ability to develop strong customer relationships as well as functioning in a team environment • Holds valid SC Clearance, if not then minimum must be SC clearable, as the role will require the successful candidate to be SC Cleared.
