📋 Description

• Support teams in using the TRAX system and its processes, including troubleshooting bugs, providing guidance, and analyzing changes. • Serve as a liaison between business areas, IT and vendors, monitoring fixes, validations and updates in test and production environments. • Lead activities involving process changes to optimize operations. • Approve or reject access management requests. • Participate in and lead meetings with different areas to follow up on requests and projects, as well as perform process mapping.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Engineering or Information Technology (in progress or completed). • Knowledge of the TRAX system. • Experience with databases and SQL. • Familiarity with data analysis tools (BI). • Intermediate English for communication and technical reading (able to interact and understand information in the language). • Advanced English (speaking, reading and writing) is a plus. • Knowledge of the TRAX system, especially in the Engineering or Materials modules, is a plus.
