📋 Description

• Ensure efficient production planning and control, guaranteeing deadlines are met, optimizing resources and aligning activities with the company’s strategic objectives; • Create and monitor Operational Integrity indicators (TAT, production efficiency, capacity, etc.) and propose corrective action plans; • Review and optimize PCP processes, ensuring integration with Purchasing, Logistics and Sales; • Use advanced tools (ERP, MRP, Excel, Power BI) for analysis and decision-making; • Act as a technical process reference for other analysts in the department, providing guidance to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aeronautical Sciences or a related field; • Advanced English; • Knowledge of advanced tools (Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, SQL, integrated systems); • Availability to work nights and weekends (required); • Knowledge of statistics and data analysis; • Basic aircraft maintenance course (will be considered a plus).
