• Deliver software implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration and training. • Manage multiple implementation projects and customer workstreams concurrently, balancing competing priorities while delivering to agreed timelines. • Facilitate customer workshops to understand business processes and capture detailed functional requirements. • Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications and implementation documentation. • Recommend best-practice business processes that maximise the value of the DRAMS solution. • Analyse, validate and cleanse large customer datasets to support data migration and system implementation. • Investigate data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies prior to migration. • Participate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects. • Deliver DRAMS product training to our clients. • Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations. • Proactively develop and maintain technical expertise in relation to our products and services. • Work in partnership with clients; build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, challenging existing processes where appropriate and providing expert advice on solution design and best practice. • Be proactive in communication with clients, arranging regular calls/site visits to build strong relationships. • Identify and address gaps in product functionality, liaising with the product development team to ensure our clients’ needs are met at every stage. • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation in line with requirements and expectation. • Provide feedback from customers to other teams to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation across the business. • Engage with the Sales & Marketing team to help promote the DRAMS product and service offering to prospective clients. • Ensure the successful delivery of the solution to meet the agreed timelines and quality. • Travel as required (50%) to our customer sites throughout Scotland, Ireland and internationally as required to fully meet the requirements of the role.
• Significant experience delivering complex enterprise software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle. • A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in an IT or IT related discipline e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or Business and IT, with strong academic results • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of customers and staff • Resourceful personality, confident manner and a willingness and ability to learn new skills. • Technically able with a keen business and commercial awareness • Customer centric, capable of building strong client relationships. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analysing complex business processes and large datasets to identify issues and recommend practical solutions. • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple customer projects, competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • A current valid driving licence • A willingness and ability to travel nationally/internationally (50%) • Currently holds independent right to work in the UK.
