📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our & customer's e-commerce and ERP operations. • As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our online shop, maintaining customer ERP, managing customer communication, and implementing SEO strategies to optimize our website's visibility and drive organic traffic. • As a Virtual Assistant for our/customer's e-commerce shop, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing our website for search engines. • Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer communication, handling inquiries and concerns, and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our online visibility. • This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in an e-commerce environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus). • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms. • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. • Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website performance. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles. • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to ensure uninterrupted remote work.
